Previously, Rick was with ING Advisors Network where he was Sr. VP National Sales Manager directing all recruiting and business development initiatives. Rick has also held positions with NYLIM, Meridian Investment Management, Equitable Distributors and Dreyfus Service Corporation. Rick earned his BS from Michigan State University in Economics. He holds his Series 7, 24, 53, 66 and life and health.
Josh Hayes, V.P. Head of RecruitingJosh has over 15 years of experience working with top advisor talent in the financial services industry and has served as an advisor, product wholesaler and recruiter. Josh has worked for a wide variety of companies including Charles Schwab and ING Advisors Network. Currently, Josh serves as V.P. Strategic Relationship Consultant for FSC Securities Corporation, and is tasked with leading the recruiting efforts. Josh received his B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Josh is a Certified Financial Planner ™ and he holds his Series 7, 63, 24 and Colorado Life and Variable insurance License. A native of Denver, Colorado, he still resides there today with his wife and two daughters.
Brian Ritchie, V.P. Strategic Relationship ConsultantBrian has been a member of the FSC Securities team for 12 years in key home office positions including his current role as V.P. Strategic Relationship Consultant. He brings a strong advisor-centric mindset to the firm’s Recruiting team from past positions including his 7 years as business development manager. In this role, he acted as a home office advocate for Advantage Capital Corporation’s more than 400 advisors. Brian’s experience working with independent advisor offices, in combination with his knowledge of our firm’s platform, gives him a unique understanding of your needs as a financial professional and entrepreneur. Brian received his B.A. degree in Economics from the State University of New York College at Fredonia. He holds Series 7, 66, 24 & 4 licenses and is a CFP ® candidate.
John Mastrogianakis, RecruiterAs a recruiter with FSC, John works directly with you and the V.P., Strategic Relationship Consultant to assure that all of your questions are answered before your commitment and transition stage begin. John has been in the financial services industry for 5 years and has held various internal wholesaling roles with Jackson National Life Insurance, Prudential Annuities and Old Mutual Financial Network. John's previous sales roles highlight his talents in relationship management skills and desire to help advisors grow their practice. While John is new to the Recruiting Department, he comes over with vital back-office experience as the former Supervisor for the Advisor Group's Onboarding team. He received his B.A. degree in Marketing from The Ohio State University. John currently holds his Series 6, 7, 24, 63 and GA life and health licenses. A native of Grove City, Ohio, John currently resides in Marietta, GA.
