Richard Kundracik, Sr. V.P. Recruiting/National SalesRick has over 28 years of financial services experience. Rick joined FSC in 2010 from WBI Investments where he served as VP, responsible for securing distribution agreements with independent and traditional NYSE firms. Previously, Rick was with ING Advisors Network where he was Sr. VP National Sales Manager directing all recruiting and business development initiatives. Rick has also held positions with NYLIM, Meridian Investment Management, Equitable Distributors and Dreyfus Service Corporation. Rick earned his BS from Michigan State University in Economics. He holds his Series 7, 24, 53, 66 and life and health.
Brian Ritchie, V.P. Strategic Relationship ConsultantBrian has been a member of the FSC Securities team for 12 years in key home office positions including his current role as V.P. Strategic Relationship Consultant. He brings a strong advisor-centric mindset to the firm’s Recruiting team from past positions including his 7 years as business development manager. In this role, he acted as a home office advocate for Advantage Capital Corporation’s more than 400 advisors. Brian’s experience working with independent advisor offices, in combination with his knowledge of our firm’s platform, gives him a unique understanding of your needs as a financial professional and entrepreneur. Brian received his B.A. degree in Economics from the State University of New York College at Fredonia. He holds Series 7, 66, 24 & 4 licenses and is a CFP ® candidate.
